It is known to all that health is wealth. It is the key to all success in life. So, I try to follow the rules of health. It is necessary to follow them in order to maintain good health. One can enjoy sound health without maintaining certain rules of health. Having a balanced diet is one of the important rules for maintaining good health. A balanced diet is a kind of diet that contains all types of food value in the right quantities as are essential for health. Since a balanced diet gives strength and prevents diseases, I always try to have a balanced diet. It is necessary because it supplies heat and energy and keeps our body fit.
