প্রিয় ভিউয়ারস, আশা করি ভালো আছেন। আমিও আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালো আছি। আজকের ব্লগে “Joining Sentence” এর গঠনপ্রণালী এবং এর ব্যবহার নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা শেয়ার করবো। আর Joining Sentence এর গঠণপ্রণালী ভালো করে আয়ত্ত করতে পারলে ইংরেজি ব্যাকরণের অন্যতম বিষয় Completing sentence এবং Transformation of Sentence এর গঠন গুলো বুঝতে সমস্যা হবে না বলে আশা করছি। তাহলে শুরু করা যাক।

Although এর ব্যবহার –
Though / Although শব্দের অর্থ “যদিও” বা “সত্ত্বেও”
গঠণঃ
প্রদত্ত Sentence দুটির মধ্যে যে Sentence টি দ্বারা “যদিও” অর্থ প্রকাশ করে, সে Sentence এর প্রথমে Though /
Although বসে।
প্রথম Sentence এর প্রথমে Though /
Although বসলে দুটি Sentence এর মাঝে কমা বসে। আর দ্বিতীয় Sentence এর প্রথমে Though /
Although বসলে তখন দুটি Sentence এর মাঝে কমা বসে না।
বিঃ দ্রঃ – দ্বিতীয় Sentence এর শুরুতে But/Yet/Notwithstanding that থাকলে তা উঠে যায় এবং সেক্ষেত্রে অপর Sentence এর প্রথমে Though / Although বসে।
উদাহরণঃ
Q. He ran fast.
Yet, he could not get the train.
A. Though he ran
fast, he could not get the train.
Or, Although he
ran fast, he could not get the train.
Q. He is rich. He
is honest.
A. Though he is
rich, he is honest.
Q. I burned with
questions. I could not ask.
A. Though /
Although I burned with questions, I could not ask.
Q. He went out without an umbrella. It
was raining heavily.
A. He went out without an umbrella
although it was raining heavily.
আশা করি “Though / Although” এর গঠন প্রণালিগুলো ভালোভাবে দেখা এবং শেখা হয়েছে। আর এই শেখা টা তখনিই পূর্ণতা পাবে যখন বাস্তব কিছু উদাহরণের সাথে অনুশীলন করবেন। মনে রাখবেন, অনুশীলন ই একজন মানুষ কে মজবুত করে তোলে। তাই নিম্নের উদাহরণগুলো পূর্বের শেখা থেকে অনুশীলন করবেন এবং এর সমাধান কমেন্ট বক্সে জানিয়ে দিবেন আমি অবসর সময় আপনাদের কমেন্ট দেখে নিব। ইনশাআল্লাহ্।
