Dear Sir,
We the students of Fazil (BA) Class of
M Kamil Madrasah, Chandpur would like to inform you that we are interested in visiting the Sundarbans. We know that Sundarban is the largest mangrove forest in
the world. UNESCO has declared it as a World Heritage for its preservation
and protection. We have heard a lot of thrilling stories about the tigers as
well as the beauty of the Sundarbans. Therefore we want to visit the area.
So we, on behalf of the Fazil (BA)
students request you to arrange a visit to the Sundarban area. I am providing the following information for planning the visit:
Total number of students – 100
Number of days of visit – 3 days
Proposed date to visit – 15 September

জনাব,
আপনার সদয় অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, আমরা এম কামিল মাদরাসার, চাঁদপুর এর ফাযিল (বিএ) ক্লাসের ছাত্ররা সুন্দরবন পরিদর্শন করার জন্য আগ্রহী। আমরা জানি যে সুন্দরবন পৃথিবীর সবচেয়ে বৃহৎ ম্যানগ্রোভ বন। ইউনেস্কো এটির সংরক্ষণ এবং রক্ষার জন্য এটিকে ওয়ার্ল্ড হেরিটেজ বলে ঘোষণা করেছে। আমরা সুন্দরবনের সৌন্দর্যের পাশাপাশাই এর বাঘ সম্পর্কিত অনেক চাঞ্চল্যকর তথ্য শুনেছি। এজন্যই আমরা এলাকাটি পরিদর্শন করতে চাই।
অতএব, আমরা ফাযিল (বিএ) ক্লাসের ছাত্রদের পক্ষ থেকে সুন্দরবন পরিদর্শনের ব্যবস্থা করার জন্য আপনাকে অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি।
পরিদর্শন পরিকল্পনার জন্য আমি নিম্নে কিছু তথ্য দিচ্ছি –
মোট ছাত্রের সংখ্যা – ১০০ জন
পরিদর্শনের স্থায়িত্ব – ৩ দিন
পরিদর্শনের নির্ধারিত তারিখ – ১৫ সেপ্টেম্বর ০০০০
এই ভ্রমন বাবদ সমুদয় খরচের টাকার পরিমাণ জানিয়ে আমাদের অনুরোধ অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের বিহিতাদেশ দানে বাধিত করবেন।
আমাদের আবেদনের প্রতি ত্বরিৎ সাড়া দেওয়ার জন্য কৃতিজ্ঞ থাকব।
