Subject: Complaining about damaged goods.

Dear Sir,

This morning I received some domestic goods and luggage booked in the Bangladesh Railway Wagon from Dhaka to Rajshahi on 25 September 20—at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, my household appliances such as television and refrigerator were not found in good condition. They became badly damaged and have caused heavy loss to me. My goods were well packed and I think the damage was due to mishandling by the railwaymen.

I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and take necessary action against why the goods are still lying in the Rajshahi Railway godown.
