Subject: Application for Police Patrol
Sir,
We the inhabitants of Ward No.3 of the
local Municipality, beg most respectfully to state that cases of theft and
burglary in our area have rapidly increased. Being in a remote corner of the town, this area could be more populated. The whole area
becomes silent and dark just after sunset, and by midnight thieves and
burglars have the place for themselves. People have to spend sleepless nights
here.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you
would be kind enough to arrange for police patrol at night for our ward so that we may live here in peace and security.

বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে, আমাদের পৌরসভার ৩ নং ওয়ার্ড এলাকায় কিছুদিন যাবৎ চুরি ও রাহাজানি দ্রুততার সাথে বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে। এলাকাটি শহরের কিছুটা প্রান্তে বিধায় জনবসতি কিছুটা কম। ফলে সূর্যাস্তের সাথে সাথেই চারদিক নিশ্চুপ ও অন্ধকার হয়ে যায় এবং মধ্যরাতে চোর ও ডাকাতরা নাশকতামূলক কর্মকান্ডে জড়িত হয়। এখানে লোকজনের নিদ্রাহীন রাত যাপন করতে হয়।
অতএব, আমাদের এলাকাটিতে অধিবাসীদের নিরাপত্তা ও শান্তিতে বাস করার জন্য নৈশকালীন পুলিশ টহলের ব্যবস্থা করতে আপনার নিকট আকুল আবেদন জানাচ্ছি।
