Besides, there are regulations about the conditions of the vehicles, the physical and the mental fitness of the driver, the validity of the papers related to vehicles, the use of pure petrol, diesel, etc. if these rules are obeyed, a huge volume of traffic can play on the roads smoothly and make the roads safe for one and all.
