Fresh air is very important for us. We can live without food and water for some time; but not even for a few minutes without air. We cannot see air. It is a mixture of many gases. It is the belief of science that a man would live for a hundred years if he took fresh air. So it is easily realized. Fresh air is essential for our health and life. But we do not get it all the time of the day. It is only early in the morning when we get fresh air. During the day time movement of men and animals kicks off dust into the air and the playing of various kinds of motor vehicles as well as the running of mills and factories emits poisonous gas and smoke that dangerously pollutes the air. If anybody inhales this polluted air, he is likely to get various kinds of chest diseases. The sleep and tranquility of the night allow the day’s polluted air to become pure. Thus, we can inhale fresh air at dawn. Many people walk in the morning to breathe fresh air. It invigorates the heart and lungs and keeps the body healthy. So we should invariably try to avail ourselves of fresh air.
