Paragraph On Anger is Man’s Worst Enemy Or Anger

Anger is a strong feeling of displeasure and antagonism. It is the psychological state of mind. It is man’s worst enemy. It takes away peace from the heart and home. It is anger which brings man down to the level of the beasts. An angry man is at a loss to decide what to do. When he loses something or fails to do some work, he gets disappointed. Anger instigates him to do some harmful actions. At a stage, an angry man loses the whole, gamut of conscience and does the cruelest thing even murdering another person, for which he repents afterward. Anger is, therefore, a man’s worst enemy they may crush all sorts of moral values and finer qualities and turn him readily into a beast. In fact, the virtues and moral values which humanize a man don’t have any meaning to one who is in a state of anger. So we should cultivate the qualities of patience instead of anger. However, every religion in the world instructs us to control anger, the worst enemy of man.
