And a man who is careful and wise can seize them and improve his lot. They are fleeting and wait for nobody. So they have to be keenly watched for and taken advantage of; once gone, they are gone forever. Everyone who means to make and achieve success has to be vigilant and active and make the best use of his time and chance.
