human civilization is continuing from primitive to modern times through the
fluctuation of human civilization. It can influence power, politics, and crime.
Once upon a time, Russia, Britain, and Germany ruled a greater part of the world
using their mighty forces and applying their imperialistic policy. Now America
is substituted in all respects in the world which is why, she is applying her
foreign policy with threats and terrorism. Many distinguished persons in the
world died like George Washington, Napoleon, Akbar the Great, Mao-Tse-Tung, etc.
But the world does not stop for them. The world is going on according to the law
of the universe. When civilization occupies its position, we address it as
Egyptian and Babylonian civilization, the latest and greatest civilization of
the world. Now we cannot ignore modern civilization through the new
invention of the computer, Robot, and Aeroplane. When a man commits crimes, the same
treatment is applicable for him but it will come sooner or later. In this way,
it gives us historical interest in our personal, social, theological, national, and universal perspectives as well.

পুনরাবৃত্তি ঘটে। ইতিহাস সময়ের গতিধারায় ঠিক একটি বৃত্তের মতো চালিত হয়। মানব সভ্যতার
ইতিহাস এর ওঠানামার মধ্য দিয়ে আদিম কাল থেকে বর্তমান কাল পর্যন্ত চলে আসছে। এটি ক্ষমতা,
রাজনীতি ও অপরাধকে প্রভাবিত করতে পারে। এক সময়ে রাশিয়া, ব্রিটেন ও জার্মানি তাদের পরাক্রমশালী
সমারিক শক্তি ও সাম্রাজ্যবাদী নীতি প্রয়োগ করে পৃথিবীর একটা বৃহৎ অংশকে শাসন করতো।
এখন পৃথিবীতে আমেরিকাকে সকল ক্ষেত্রেই বিকল্পরূপে ব্যবহার করা হয় বলেই সে হুমকি ও সন্ত্রাসবাদের
মাধ্যমে তার পররাষ্ট্রনীতি প্রয়োগ করছে। পৃথিবীতে জর্জ ওয়াশিংটন, নেপোলিয়ন, আকবর দ্য
গ্রেট, মাও সে তুং এর মতো বিশিষ্ট ব্যক্তিরা মারা গেছেন। কিন্তু তাদের জন্য পৃথিবী
থেমে নেই। মহাবিশ্বের নিয়মানুযায়ী পৃথিবী চলছে। যখন সভ্যতার প্রসঙ্গ আসে তখন আমরা মিশরীয়
ও ব্যাবিলনীয় সভ্যতাকে পৃথিবীর সর্বশেষ ও সর্ববৃহৎ হিসেবে উল্লেখ করি। এখন আমরা কম্পিউটার,
রোবট ও উড়োজাহাজের নতুন উদ্ভাবনের কারণে বর্তমান সভ্যতাকে উপেক্ষা করতে পারি না। একজন
মানুষ অপরাধ করলে একই শাস্তি তার জন্য প্রযোজ্য কিন্তু এটা দ্রুত বা দেরিতে আসবে। এভাবে
এটি আমাদের ব্যক্তিগিত, সামাজিক, আধ্যাত্মিক, জাতীয় ও সার্বজনিন পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে আমাদেরকে
ঐতিহাসিক সুবিধাও প্রদান করে।
