meaning. We see different kinds of trees on the earth and remember the name of
the trees by their fruits or flowers. The flower plants are identified by the
name of the flowers. Thus we see that the identity of a tree is judged by the
fruits or flowers it bears. In the same way, the identity of a man is known by
his work. Like different kinds of trees, we see different kinds of people in our
society. It is very hard to understand the nature of a man just by talking to
him. The best way to understand the nature of a man is through his work. In our society, there are some people who are experts in talking tall tales. In fact, they are
good for nothing. Their main job is to talk big and criticize others’ jobs.
They pretend that they are the master of all work. if we believe their words and
give them any responsibility, surely it will be ruined. A man who is good at
his work is known to all like a tree that bears good fruits. In fine we can
say that in the world the best way of identification is through someone’s deeds
or actions not by his words.

ধারণ করে তার নামেই সে পরিচিত হয়। এভাবে কাজের মাধ্যমেই একজন লোকের পরিচয় প্রকাশ পায়।
বিভিন্ন ধরনের গাছের মতো আমাদের সমাজেও আমরা বিভিন্ন ধরনের লোকজন দেখি। শুধু কথা বলে
একজন লোকের প্রকৃতি অনুধাবন করা খুব কঠিন। একজন লোকের প্রকৃতি অনুধাবন করার সবচেয়ে
উৎকৃষ্ট পন্থা তার কাজের মাধ্যমে। আমাদের সমাজে কিছু লোক আছে যারা বড়ো কথা বলতে ওস্তাদ।
প্রকৃতপক্ষে তারা হলো অকর্মা। তাদের প্রধান কাজ হলো বড়ো বড়ো কথা বলে এবং অন্যদের কাজের
সমালোচনা করা। তারা ভান করে যে, তারা সব কাজে ওস্তাদ। তাদের কথায় বিশ্বাস করে তাদের
কোনো দায়িত্ব দিলে তা অবশ্যই ভেস্তে যাবে। ভালো ফলবান গাছের ন্যায় কাজে দক্ষ লোককে
সকলে চেনে। পরিশেষে আমরা বলতে পারি, পৃথিবীতে কারো পরিচয়ের উৎকৃষ্ট মাধ্যম হলো তার
কাজ, তার কথা নয়।
