আমিও আল্লাহর রহমতে ভালো আছি। গত ব্লগে ‘Transformation from Affirmative to Negative’ নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করেছি। আজকের ব্লগে কীভাবে Negative বাক্য থেকে Affirmative
বাক্যে পরিবর্তন করা যায়” তা নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা শেয়ার করবো। আশা করি আপনারা উপকৃত
হবেন। তাহলে শুরু করা যাক।
Negative থেকে Affirmative এ রূপান্তর –
Rule 1: Nobody যুক্ত Negative sentence কে
Affirmative করার সময় ‘Everybody’ এবং verb এর বিপরীত শব্দ বসে। যেমন –
Negative: Nobody likes a liar.
Affirmative: Everybody hates a liar.
Rule 2: Not only …… but also যুক্ত
Negative sentence কে Affirmative করতে Both … and ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন –
Negative: Not only Maha but also Habib
went there.
Affirmative: Both Maha and Habib went
there.
Rule 3: Negative sentence এ ‘Give up’ থাকলে
Affirmative করার সময় ‘continue’ ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন –
Negative: Sakib did not give up
smoking.
Affirmative: Sakib continued smoking.
Rule 4: Negative sentence এর শুরুতে
none থাকলে Affirmative করার সময় ‘Everyone must’ ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন –
Negative: None can escape death.
Affirmative: Everyone must submit to
death.
Rule 5: Negative sentence এ who থাকলে
Affirmative করতে Everybody ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং Negative ‘not’ উঠে যায়। যেমন –
Negative: Who does not wish to be
happy?
Affirmative: Everybody wishes to be
happy.
Rule 6: There is no… but যুক্ত Negative
sentence কে Affirmative করতে হলে every ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং ‘but’ উঠে যায়। তবে
Negative বাক্যে যদি কোনো Clause থাকে তাহলে ঐ Clause এর Predicate অংশটুকু বসে। যেমন
–
Negative: There is no mother but loves
her child.
Affirmative: Every mother loves her
child.
Negative: There is nobody but likes
flowers.
Affirmative: Everybody likes flowers.
Rule 7: No যুক্ত Negative sentence কে
Affirmative করার সময় ‘no’ এর পরিবর্তে ‘Every’ বসে এবং মূল Verb এর বিপরীতার্থক শব্দ
বসে। যেমন –
Negative: No one hates him.
Affirmative: Everyone loves him.
Rule 8: Negative sentence এ ‘cannot but
+ verb’ থাকলে Affirmative এ ‘must’ ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন –
Negative: We cannot but eat.
Affirmative: We must eat.
Negative: Maha cannot but buy a mobile.
Affirmative: Maha must buy a mobile.
Rule 9: None but যুক্ত Negative
sentence কে Affirmative এ করার সময় ‘none but’ এর পরিবর্তে only বসে। যেমন –
Negative: None but Allah can help us.
Affirmative: Only Allah can help us.
Negative: None but Maha can do it.
Affirmative: Only Maha can do it.
