My parents are the most beloved and respected people to me. My father’s name is Md. Shah Alam and my mother’s name is Parvin Akter. My father is an M.A. from the National University and my mother is an intermediate. My father is an English teacher. Honesty, perseverance, and hard work are the main assets of his life. On the other hand, my mother is an ideal housewife. I love my parents very much because they have many good qualities. Firstly, they are very much polished in manner and activities. Both of them are diligent and sincere in completing their duties. My mother values discipline and cleanliness. She looks after our family very sincerely. She does every household work. Secondly, both my father and my mother take great care of us. My mother loves us very dearly. She is always ready to sacrifice her own happiness for our happiness. She wants to see us happy even at the cost of her own life. She holds our good above everything in the world. Her anxiety knows no bounds when we fall ill. She does not enjoy a wink of sleep. But her face beams with joy when we come round. Besides, my mother possesses a good sense of sanitation. She keeps our house neat and clean. Thirdly, my father and my mother are very pious. They want their children also to become religious. Moreover, my father has no bad habits like even smoking. He is always busy at work and does not waste his time. After all, the honesty, personality, diligence, hospitality, sincerity, and cleanliness of my parents fascinate me. I am very fond of my parents—I am highly proud of them.
