Paragraph On Pleasures of Reading

“Reading makes a full man”, said prominent essayist Francis Bacon. Almighty Allah sent His first message to His creation “Read in the name of Creator”. This is enough to prove the significance of reading. People read books for many purposes. Some read to pass time, some to pass exams and there are some who read for pleasure. The pleasures of reading bring a wonderful impact on the mind. Books are my best friend. It never betrays or deceives us. When books are read with pleasure mind becomes fresh and thoughts become cool and beautiful. Reading relieves us from mental agony. It encourages us to go on with our work and turns our day-to-day life full of peace and happiness. Moreover, when we read a book with pleasure, the impact of the subject matter becomes more pregnant in our minds, because things, done with pleasure, are remembered forever. So we should go through books or any other readable things with absolute pleasure.
