Dear Mahbuba,

I am very glad to have your letter. Now I am writing to you about what you wanted to know. This year I enjoyed the Eid-ul-Fitr very much. It was celebrated on December 10. On the day the weather was excellent. All day long it was bright. I wore a new dress which was presented by my uncle. I got more dresses. I ate sweets and drank cold drinks. I also ate chicken rice and biryani by turns.

I went to Eidgah field at 8 a.m. and said my prayers there. I embraced my neighbors mutually there. Then I walked for a while with the boys. I was invited by my neighbors and went there to have sweets and other food. My parents were busy cooking things and entertaining the guests. My sisters and brothers were always on the move to enjoy the festival.
