Dear Sir,

We, the students of your school beg most respectfully to state that our school team is going to complete the final match of the Inter-District School Football Tournament against M High School which will be held tomorrow at 4.00 p.m. in our school playground. District Commissioner of Chandpur will be present there. We want to witness the match.

May we, therefore, pray and hope that you would be so kind as to grant us a half-holiday for tomorrow to witness and encourage our players.
