Suppose, you are Habib. You are a student of “M” High School, Comilla. You read in Class 9. Your father is a Govt. service holder who has been recently transferred from Comilla to Dhaka. Your parents have already gone there and they urge you to go there with a transfer certificate. Here you face many problems without your parents. Now, write an application to the Headmaster of your praying for transfer certificate.

Dear Sir,

I have the honour to invite kind attention to the fact that I am a student of class 9 in your School. My father is a  government officer and recently he has been transferred from Comilla to Dhaka. Our family has already been shifted from here. So, it is quite impossible for me to live here alone due to many problems. So, I need a transfer certificate from you to get myself admitted to a new school Dhaka. 

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
