My Dear Friend,

I am very glad to receive your letter. You have written that class-work has not yet started in your School after the annual examination. So far, so good. We have decided to go for a picnic at Chandpur on Friday next. We all of your old friends have taken this decision unanimously.

You know that Chandpur is a place of scenic beauty with delightful picnic spots. We shall get by a hired bus which will start from our house at 7:00 am. We shall take all the necessaries with us including a camera and a shotgun. We all desire you to join with us without fail. We invite and expect you to turn up quite ahead if time.
