My Dear Habib,

Your letter of the 12^th instant is just to hand. You have mentioned that you are not keeping fit these days. I am perturbated about your health. Progress in studies is possible only when you have a sound body and mind. I don’t think you take physical exercise. Actually, physical exercise is essential to keep good health. So, to be an energetic young man, you have to practice physical exercise. There are many sorts of exercise, such as walking, riding, swimming, running, playing games and sports etc. You may start walking. However, If you do so, you will remain free from diseases and be able to study more and more with interest and attraction. Undoubtedly, it will give you a feeling of joy and cheerfulness. You know a strong and manly body is the outcome of years of exercise.
