Suppose, you are typist cum clerk of a non-government organization. Now you are sick and physically unable to continue your service in this organization. Write a letter of resignation to your employer.

Subject: Regarding resignation letter.

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to draw your attention that I, Md Haque a typist cum Clark,  have been serving in your organization for the last twelve years. Now I have become physically ill and become unable to continue my service any longer. So I would like to resign from my service.

I, therefore, request you to accept my resignation letter with effect from 23.10.18 and oblige thereby.
