With due respect, I would like to bring your notice to the fact that as per official order of Directorate of secondary and higher education no DSHE/appointment/2130 date 02.10.18. I would like to join your school as an assistant teacher today the 14th January in the morning.

I, therefore, request you to accept my joining letter and oblige thereby.
