Suppose, you are a scientific officer of Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission went abroad and stayed there for four years for taking Ph.D. degree. You have successfully completed the course and obtained the degree. Now you have returned home and like to join in your office. Write a joining letter to the concerned authority.
